We use the same cancellation policy here as we do on bookings made via Airbnb, which is:

 

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before checkin. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. 

 

In addition, if you have an unforeseen change of plans and let us know at least one month before your reservation begins, we can reschedule your reservation once for no additional cost. Any further changes also require 1 month of notice, and will be charged a 20% rescheduling fee.
